The Supreme Court has delivered judgement in a case Sen. ITA ENANG vs AKAN UDOFIA.
The court confirms AKANIMO UDOFIA as the authentic Candidate of the APC in Akwa Ibom State and further mandates INEC Nigeria to immediately place Obong AKANIMO UDOFIA in its list as the Candidate of the APC for the March 11 Governorship Election.
